Why a small studio ships slowly, keeps what it ships, and measures itself on the home screen, not the download chart.

Most mobile apps are built to be launched. Ours are built to be kept. That sounds like a slogan until you notice what it changes: a launch is judged in a week, a kept app is judged every morning for years, and the two lead to very different decisions.
It is why every product on our shelf starts with a problem we could describe in one sentence — a pool owner squinting at a test strip, a driver losing deductions between rides, a person on a dating app who cannot tell who is real. If the sentence is not sharp, the app is not ready.
It is also why we keep the studio small and the loops short. A team of a few people can hold a whole product in its head, ship a change in a day and see what it did by the evening. That rhythm, kept up for years, is what makes an app feel cared for.
The tools under the apps — Zeus for revenue, Athena for the market, Artemis for behaviour, Themis for feedback — exist for the same reason. They are how a small team keeps seven products honest without hiring a floor of analysts.
